A Bit About Me

Hi, I'm Sean!

I graduated from Winona State University in the spring of 2024. At WSU, I double majored in Art Education and Studio Arts. I grew up local in the Winona area and enjoy the Driftless area that I get to call home. I have a love for the weirdness and chaos we encounter in day to day life.

A Bit About Me

I work primarily with oils, but do occasionally dabble in acrylic or watercolor. Painting in oil works best for me as I feel like I have better control of what and how I'm creating things. I also work with photography from time to time. You can sometime find me snapping pictures of the most random things from time to time.

In my most recent series that I've been working on during the Fall 2023 semester, I've been creating a representative and stylized approach to look at and  communicate the themes of unstated life. Silent spaces give way to elements and feelings from life that often get overlooked or dismissed.
